We are involved in pre and post tenancy negotiations on both Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs) and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies as well as acting for either party throughout the agreement on either a retained basis or for a specific job.

The service we offer can range from a fully managed let, which includes rent collection, regular property checks, diarised service of notices and general tenancy advice through to being called upon to assist with a one-off job, depending on your needs.

We are CLA members and members of the National Farmers Union (NFU) rural surveyors panel.
